The unit itself is nice. However, for the amount of money that this is, a printed wall chart should come with every machine. I needed to spend almost $100 to get these printed so they are usable. That is unacceptable. Furthermore, every machine should come with a cover, the head rest and leg extension piece not for an extra fee. The handle should be made of metal and not plastic. I feel like it is going to break. The website is not user friendly. I have tried to look for a cover and I can’t find anything. Overall, the machine is nice but other things as mentioned need a lot of work.

I am used to a full gym in my patio. After a move out of state and getting older, this was perfect for my needs. I supplement this with dumbells and my workouts are great. Perfect for space saving and transport.

I really like this thing. It's well designed.
I did have a couple gripes though. The headrest
..either the shaft should be longer with more holes or the cushion itself should be larger. I'm a short guy and I'm like dang really? It's just not long enough.
I don't feel like it's enough resistance. Like if you are doing curls or shoulder a little on the lighter side is good. But for chest stuff need a little more. I bought extra bands when I bought it thinking you could add more resistance by swapping bands. But I think it's replacement bands maybe.
Even so with those minor things this is a great machine. Replaced A LOT of equipment with this thing. Also did look up videos and followed along. So that's available.
