I was skeptical about the Total Flex L but have to say it's very clever and useful for a home workout.
It's very easy to use and store and the resistance bands certainly give a good workout. The videos and charts are easy to follow and not too 'over the top'. I'm at the top end of the maximum user weight but it feels really sturdy and safe when using it. Of all the home workout equipment I've bought over the years I've used this more in a few weeks than all the other put together.
Only thing I can't comment on of course is the longevity of it but hopefully it'll be ok.
